Game support
PokeSurvivor Hub cannot access game accounts, process in-game purchases, recover passwords, or issue rewards in the original game. Our published Hub reward codes apply only to the local single-player edition hosted here. For Hub redemption issues, send us the code and the error message; contact the original game’s support for its account services. Do not send account passwords, authentication codes, or payment details.
